== EGM === Due to several people making a special trip we were quorate for the EGM:

Constitutional Amendment 1

Adds simple registration for members who wish to engage in voting on issues within the LUG.

As this is a constitutional amendment, 20 votes (75% of those present at the meeting) are required to pass the amendment. Accordingly this amendment is passed.

Constitutional amendment 2

Clarification of the procedures and implications of a failed AGM.

As this is a constitutional amendment, 20 votes (75% of those present at the meeting) are required to pass the amendment. Accordingly this amendment is passed.

Moving AGM for 2007

Subsequent AGM to be held between September and November 2007 inclusive.

As this is not a constitutional amendment, 13 votes (50% of those present at the meeting) are required to pass the amendment. Accordingly this amendment is passed.

Proposed Mailing list change

Moving to an open archive for the mailing list.

As this is not a constitutional amendment, 13 votes (50% of those present at the meeting) are required to pass the amendment. Accordingly this amendment is passed.
