I don't know that anyone will be.
The Xandros deal is very different from Novell in that Xandross went
courting Microsoft. MS haven't paid any cash - it's all X -> MS...
Xandross is a bit of a different situation anyawy, in that it's
essentially a proprietary system sat on top of an old version of Debian.
Whilst not strictly a GPL violation, it's certainly against the spirit of
it all. The deal with MS does kinda look like the last desperate act of a
dying company...
Given the comments on the Xandross forum today, I wonder whether they'll
last the day...
